An 8 week Kids Fitness Program for Kids 3-12yrs of age, introducing them to what we hope will be a lifelong love of fitness through fun games and activities. 
The program for Term 3 2026 will commence on Monday 27th July and conclude on Monday 14th September.
The sessions are held on Mondays at 4pm, with each session running for 45min each week.
