10 Week Team Challenge starts Monday 4th September 2023.
In teams of two, you will complete weekly challenges focusing on the disciplines of Strength, Core and Fitness.
Receive Strategy Cards, Detour Cards and points towards the Spring Into Summer Leaderboard, depending on how successfully you complete the challenges.
The team that has the highest tally of points after the 10 weeks will be crowned the Spring Into Summer champions of ANT Fitness and receive a prize courtesy of ANT Fitness.
