Join us at the NEW ANT Fitness Group Training Session - Small Group PT!

No matter what your sport or fitness goal is, this 40 minute will help you on the road to achievement. At each session, you will receive your own personal workout designed especially for you based on your fitness goals. The weekly group training session is 40 minutes and is held in the ANT Fitness studio or via Zoom.
