Active's Running Clinic: Kids

Introducing children 3 - 12yrs to running through skills sessions and short running activities. The clinic is led by a Level 2 Recreational Running Coach.

For older adults and people new to exercise. This class involves low impact movement, stability exercises and lots of laughter.

This class will have you toning up and burning calories through a combination of Cardio Bursts and Resistance Exercises.

Test your trivia knowledge whilst you workout with hill climbs, intervals and short races. This fun class will deliver laughter and a cardio blast all in one. Battle Of The Sexes - First Tuesday of the month.

Summer Blast
Challenge yourself in this 30min class as you focus on toning and improving your fitness ready for summer. 
Each week, the classs offers a full body workout, challenging you to be your best.

Casual Gym Visits

There's a large range of Cardio and Weight Training equipment available for your

workout. The staff can provide an optional free training program for you to use in

the gym to ensure you are getting the most from every workout. Staff are also

on hand to offer assistance.

The kids will love being active and having fun, working individually & in groups. A great introduction to what we hope is a lifelong love of exercise.

Road Run

Come along and join the Portland Hillbillies - ANT Fitness's very own running group.

This fun and motivating group is led by an accredited Level 2 Recreational Running Coach. Whether you have a race or fitness goal, or just want to establish a lifelong habit of running, this energized group will help you on your journey.
